With panoramic views across Douglas Bay and a carvery restaurant it is just 5 minutes' drive from the ferry terminal and a short seafront stroll from the town center. The private bathrooms have a shower bath and a hairdryer. Some rooms boast sea views. In the mornings Restaurant 21 serves a full breakfast. Guests can also enjoy daily meals prepared using locally sourced produce. The Rutland Hotel's also offers a comfortable bar and lounge. All of the Isle of Man's sights are within 30 minutes' drive of the Rutland. Douglas is the capital and features horse-drawn trams which run along the promenade as well as the Gaiety Theater and Camera Obscura on Douglas Head. With nearby parking the hotel is located near the mountain railway.

Great weekend. First time at...

Liked: Great breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Cleanliness was first rate.
Disliked: Tiny lift. 2 people at a time, or 1 if you are carrying cases.

Perfect location and helpful staff...

Liked: Room was clean and view was perfect. Staff was really very helpful and awesome. Location of the hotel is perfect. Connectivity is good.
Disliked: Breakfast had limited option and repetitive.

Great location, brilliant staff

Liked: The hotel is in a perfect area , close to any location you want to go. It was clean, staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The time of breakfast, 7-9 is a bit early when you are on holiday.
