Parking signage going down Glossop Road after passing the hotel could be improved. Driving up the road was better as the car park could be seen.

Liked: Reception first class, breakfast excellent. Appropriate bedding without a large heavy duvet.
Disliked: Decor generally shabby and old fashioned.

Or 4th stay would stay...

Liked: Roomy dainton suit. Comfortable. Clean. Amazing huge bath. Quiet room. Ironing board. Iron. Hair drier. Shower gel. Soft towels. Bigs rooms. 2 additional walk in shower rooms. Not too hot. Our 4 stay and will continue to stay each year due to location to children’s hospital.
Disliked: Booked for 4 people. Only left 2 bottles of water. Had to call down for another 2. Which were supplies. £9 additional parking charge for 24 hours n some had taken 2 spaces leaving a very limited space in the car park. We book this room every year when visiting the children’s hospital. This year the price had increased by over £40. Coffee machine in foyer should be free to over night guests instead of £3.50 per cup.

Overall disappointing. Mattresses & pillows...

Liked: 2nd Stay here as we use this for hospital trips. Unfortunately this time wasn’t great. The beds were so uncomfortable and we hardly slept. On the 2nd night an early delivery (4am) with bottles woke us all up.
Disliked: Better beds & pillows! After stressful days at the hospital, a comfy bed is needed but unfortunately didn’t get that this time.
