Great room, but front of...

Liked: Great location and the room was amazing! Kyloe was amazing for Sunday lunch and would recommend it to everyone
Disliked: We had an issue with housekeeping not coming in our second day which we bought up with reception but wasn’t quite resolved. Access to Huxley was non existent from the hotel and only one staff member was able to get us back into the hotel from Huxley. We were given a map where the residents discount of 20% applied and told it was food and drink, but it was only food, so lead to some awkward conversations

Lovely hotel in excellent location.

Liked: Loved the decor quite quirky. Very convenient to shops & sights & transport. Excellent breakfasts & evening meal. Lovely toiletries provided. Good hairdryer & even hair straighteners in room. Would definitely recommend. No hesitation in returning to this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing
