Liked: We love this hotel first time taking our son so we had a family room which was lovely, the only down fall the tv didn't work in his room the maintenance guy tuned the tv but still didn't work which was disappointing for our son

Great Location in Blackpool, brilliant...

Liked: Amazing place to stay, always come back every year when the Air show is on
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Really friendly and well run...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly, bar meals were really good and really nice atmosphere.
Disliked: Our room was a little dated but certainly did not impact on a great stay.

Our stay at Blackpool’s number...

Liked: The hotel is in a great central location. A warm welcome from reception staff is assured and this was really appreciated after a difficult journey travelling during the storm. Our room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee available. Our breakfast and dinner were of an excellent standard with a good choice available and dinner was served by friendly staff. The cabaret acts were great and the young Irish compère on our second night was a good laugh and kept the evening flowing along. The bar staff are quick, efficient and friendly.
Disliked: There was a particular guest that shouted out on more than one or two occasions to the cabaret acts that were on each night and this became a bit tiresome. She seemed to be known to staff and I would suggest that if she repeats this in future a member of staff should intervene.

Liked: Staff were fantastic. Bar was great.
Disliked: Apart from first day, no food (apart from cakes) available late night/early morning, A few sandwiches or rolls available over the bar would have been good.

Superb

Liked: The facilities were very good. Nice bar that served good quality meals throughout the day and evening.
Disliked: My only minor gripe was the mattress was a bit soft for my liking.
