The rooms were great and...

Liked: I like the location and the size of the room. So glad the air conditioning was the right temperature throughout the stay.
Disliked: I like the hotel and will stay there again on next vacation.

Comfortable but disappointing.

Liked: The property is within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, breakfast spots, parks, and shopping in the old, historic, downtown area of Rapid City.
Disliked: The beds had would slatting and creaked whenever you moved. The info indicated microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms that was only the 6 and 7 floor. We could get a refrigerator for an added $20 per night. We had to throw food out.

Disliked: Toilet didn’t work very well. Bathroom also had hair in it and in the shower from previous guest(s). Price on invoice didn’t match what I prepaid (was less expensive than what I paid).
