Comfortable stay but crowded spa

Liked: Lovely comfortable rooms. Excellent treatments and spa facilities good.Very good buffet meals, both dinner and breakfast.
Disliked: Not enough chairs or beds for all visitors to the spa and very crowded.

Glorious weather made the runnymede...

Liked: We loved it, it’s going through refurb but it didn’t impact us. The only downer was no loungers free in the pool area and nothing outside to sit on in the glorious weather - we will be back
Disliked: Lounge situation. Loads with towels but no people on them
