Quaint, clean, relaxing and welcoming!

Liked: Great location in Round Rock on Bushy Creek. Quaint, relaxing w beautiful view, kind staff and nice rooms. A nice bar-patio area. We wanted someplace w a more local feel than a typical chain hotel. We were not disappointed. Our suite had a balcony and we enjoyed the beautiful Feb weather overlooking the water and trees.
Disliked: No complaints! Highly recommend

BED BUGS

Disliked: The WORST experience of my life. I got the recommendation from the Michelin Guide for Hotels so I thought it was a charm & clean place. After a 12 hours flight I was chocked to see some BED BUGS in my bed. It was more than midnight when I noticed the bugs and it was a completed mess - luckily I founded a last minute clean hotel in downtown Austin, but unfortunately I had to drive 45min until there and paid a high rate.I spoke with the person in the front desk at Ruby, and the guy was sorry and offered me another room. I didn’t accepted another room and received 100% of refund after a few days.

Liked: The hotel was Very quaint and cute. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I loved the bar/restaurant. It was decorated super cute for Christmas, felt like home.
