Liked: My experience at Hotel Rubens at the Palace was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel welcome and cared for, especially Alicja, who was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive.The gentlemen at the door were also fantastic – always so nice, energetic, and full of positivity. Just seeing them each time I entered or left the hotel gave me a wonderful boost of energy.The hotel itself is beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, with modern furniture and a comfortable layout that made my stay even more enjoyable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the overall service exceeded expectations.I have already stayed here twice in August and am looking forward to coming back very soon. Everything about my stay was excellent – highly recommended!
