Liked: Health suite was top draw. Room was comfy. A/C was FAR too loud though.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit average, i expect for a hotel like this to be serving a top breakfast. Meats were average, selection was ok, but i have been to cheaper hotels that offer more healthy options.

Liked: spa area was good although water could be warmer in the spa pool.
Disliked: 1, first room, bed was uncomfortable, blind cord not fixed back to wall, heating could only be controlled from reception and was exceptionally noisy, lights could not be turned off from bed another H&S risk, on another occasion light wouldn't turn off at all, needed a staff member to assist, the remedy was to unscrew the light bulb2, second room although "better" chair was broken, light flickered this was remedied by standing of said broken chair, do staff engage in working at height training? Shower head sprayed water from join direct into face.3, although staff generally were good we felt as if we were an inconvenience and felt that we were given excuses for issues especially H&S ones, we felt that our concerns were washed over i.e being told that H&S rules differ from the main land but also acknowledging that un fixed blind cords are a strangulation risk, in The Grill we felt as if we weren't supposed to be there.4, Concierge was amazing.5, spa area and towels were great.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Good view from room. Nice decor. Very clean. Bed very comfortable. Nothing much not to like!
Disliked: Shower in room could be better, water splashed everywhere! A hand rail would have been helpful too.
