Not bad could be better

Liked: The location is great right near the front not far from the tower about 10 min walk . The guy on the reception is friendly. Stay was ok
Disliked: The room was so dusty the carpet could of done with a good hoovering. The beds didn't have mattress protectors on so god knows how many peoples dead skin I've been sleeping on

Really poor and uncomfortable

Liked: Nothing really poor and booking.com never told us about the 50 pound charge overnight and 10 pound parking also not
Disliked: Everything the rooms was really horrible and smelt the towels smelt couldn’t get a shower because of that

Liked: The only thing good about this property was some of the staff
Disliked: Very dirty, blood stained mattress and pillows. Door handle hanging off not very well maintained at all.

Disliked: Room not clean bed broke , stains on mattress ,windows filthy not worth the money, had to leave cash deposit of £50 for any damage don’t know how they would tell to be honest , and £10 a night to park car

Disliked: Had no sleep due to uncomfortable bed. Noise and fire alarm going off at 5 am

Disliked: It was very noisy. Kids kept running up and down all night.
