Disappointing

Liked: The hotel is in a prime location. The staff are very friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Hotel room was very clean, high dusting had been done, plenty of tea and coffee.
Disliked: We were in room 15. The toilet was loose and on a slant, this could do with being repaired. The floor boards outside of our room are really creeky, when people walked over it this echoed in our room, which kept us awake until at least midnight. Mattresses need replacing... For a young couple the beds killed our backs! On our last night the other clients were so inconsiderate talking and shouting outside our door, I know this isn't a hotel problem direct but maybe something to consider is sound proofing the rooms. We have a 7 year old who was kept awake till after midnight which just isn't fair.
