Very poor

Liked: We booked in but didn't stay there it was misleading the photos the property was in very poor condition they ask on arrival 50 pound cash only for breakages we ended up coming home as we couldn't get any hotels with money we had im very disappointed
Disliked: Everything the property very poor nothing like pictures on website

Also was only 2 towels...

Liked: When I asked to pay for breakfasts I was told there was no chef so that was false advertising to start with
Disliked: There was people living in ag the hotel which wasn't very pleasant at all was horrible

They rowing my kids holiday...

Liked: Just location nothing else
Disliked: Everything is rubbish room not clean towels are dirty roof is cracked bunk bed are broken and NOT at all comfortable double bed not comfortable we booked 1 double bed 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed and they take extra money for that and when we went there they said sorry we don’t have that room they give us 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed nothing else we are 5 persons this hotel is RUBBISH wast of money staff are not cooperative not toiletry rubbish rubbish wast of money I give them (( 0000000 )) star

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, spacious reception area..
Disliked: Only small bathroom/shower room had to go out to get dressed but nothing major

nice and clean and good...

Liked: lovely staff (raul) at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was nice and clean i have 2 small children and a newborn and there was plenty of space. My only issue is bathroom was very small but thats fine however sink was so small and couldnt barely use to wash babys bottles or clean the kettle (descaled 4 times to use for babys milk) just a little upgrade on the toilet sink otherwise great value for money and also location was perfect right on the promenade and next to halal food shops. Lovely stay and would stay again
Disliked: Toilet and sink could barely use sink
