Liked: Excellent breakfast, lovely room, helpful staff.
Disliked: Our room was close to the toilets so we could hear the hand driers and sometimes noticed a smell when approaching our room.

Old charm but modern.

Liked: Lovely old hotel that has been modernised. Our room was large and comfortable. A great restaurant for dinner. Just a short walk across the common and you are in the town centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy parking as well was a great bonus.

A lovely getaway. So close...

Liked: Lovely room - it was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Dog friendly.
Disliked: The shower was a bit weak, low shower head (for tall people). The room was very warm, even with heat off and both windows open.

Liked: Lovely clean central hotel , we have stayed here many times
