Liked: The location was great but very small car park, really nice room and incredibly clean bathroom
Disliked: Staff were quite rude and dismissive

Liked: Clean, comfortable, well decorated, friendly staff, delicious food.
Disliked: Just a little noisy one night.

Disliked: Room had no view and all the pipe work was outside room . You could hear everytime someone flushed the toilet chain or had a shower . Needs modernising badly!

Disliked: When the door to the disabled toilet on the ground floor is left open, anyone leaving the lift gets a full view of the toilet

Enjoyable stay in characterful hotel...

Liked: Attractive period building in pleasant part of Tunbridge Wells. Easy parking. Friendly welcome and mostly efficient staff. Spacious bedroom comfortable bed and modernised ensuite bathroom.
Disliked: Plumbing a bit unpredictable - with cold taps running hot! Hard to open window to secure ventilation at night. Staff not always on hand in reception area.
