Liked: Good location. We were in Room 21 this time, it overlooks the High Street, so during the week is quieter than the rooms overlooking the Courtyard. The bed was softer than we normally like, but it was comfortable and the bedding clean.
Disliked: A drop of oil on the bathroom door hinges would stop the squeaking!

Requires improvement - just being...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The hotel is extremely tired looking and the room we were allocated needs a complete overhaul, if truth be told. We appreciate that the hotel is a few hundred years old, however we have stayed in older hotels of much better standard. The staff, when on duty were lovely, but the hotel does require improvements. Just being honest.
