Liked: Food was fantastic
Disliked: On this occasion our room had no hot water, when I tried to phone reception the phone also was not working. I went down to reception and the receptionist was excellent, she came to our room to try and rectify problem. When she couldn't she offered us an alternative room which was fine. Well done receptionist.

Perfect and very comfortable stay!...

Liked: Blown away by this hotel, quiet and secluded away from the main road, beautiful interior and immaculate room.
Disliked: No room service, wanted to have some food and drinks after a late arrival back from oasis event. Bar was also shut and all surrounding shops.

Great stay, lovely staff!

Liked: The property was welcoming, clean and fresh. Everything about it was great. Spacious rooms, nice and quiet and comfy beds!
Disliked: Only being left 1 tea bag each so had to go and ask for me. Price was very high for one night (£234) which I believe was because it was the weekend Oasis were on.

Great ! Definitely will return.

Liked: Location for business, food was lovely, bar staff/ service very good, room big
Disliked: Shower was awful, just a trickle, asked at reception in the morning, could the power be adjusted as i was staying three nights, when i got back that evening, a different person on reception had no idea if it had and just shrugged his shoulders, it hadn’t!!! The room was boiling, no aircon and only a small window, bed was rock hard.
