Liked: Location, close to mall, restaurant etc.
Disliked: Elevators / lift are very old, scary sounds during operations. Though it passes inspection, now is the time to replace / upgrade.Seminar rooms door: people keep entering / exiting room and slams doors, annoying. Might be you can replace to slow closing hinges to avoid distractive sounds.asking $50 Just staying one hours over the checkout time when you are staying for 5 days is disappointing. If the hotel is busy, I could understand that. After the GE conference, Friday noon, the hotel would be less than half occupied

Nice stay, but absolutely unacceptable...
Liked: I had extreme payment issues upon my arrival. I’ll summarize the situation for you.When I first tapped my card, a total of $690.68 (641.38 EUR) was deducted from my account. However, you informed me that the payment did not appear in your system and instructed me to tap my card again. After some discussion, I complied, and this time an additional $255.16 (236.94 EUR) was charged. Yet again, you stated the payment was not reflected in the system and promised it would be refunded.Finally, after further discussion, I was about to tap my card a third time, but thankfully, I noticed you were about to charge me an additional $1,800 instead of the agreed $690. I think it is unacceptable that I had to explain numerous times the discomfort of having over $1,000 (even if temporary) unjustly removed from my account, and $3,000 if I hadn’t noticed the error. I was promised a refund after a maximum of 7 business days. It has almost been a month and I’m relying to get my money back solely from the bank as unclaimed funds are automatically reverted after 1 month. I hate that I have to remind you that money has time value and such amount taken away from me for such a long period of time (especially in my case where I am 20 years old and therefore not a high earner) put me in an extremely uncomfortable situation. Furthermore, I have written emails, SMSs, called numerous times and been redirected numerous times to the accounting department which never ever answered. Sure the room was clean and nice but the value of that significantly decreases considering what happened.
