Disliked: They kicked us out and wouldn’t extend even though we booked two room for us and my mother in law. We were affected by disaster from hurricane beryl and there was no other hotel available and no electricity for past 2 days I pleaded my case with the manager as we have 1 year old infant and he wouldn’t listen. The real humanity is shown when disaster befalls.

Disliked: The pool was dirty, the staff misled me to believe that I had a $10 per day credit to use only for me to find out when checking out that it was only per night which caused me to spend extra money unexpectedly. I was unaware that I’d have to pay for self parking wit when checking out AND pay when leaving out of the garage. The car was parked in the garage for under 3 hours which stated that was only $12 and I still got charged $32 on my bill. VERY misleading and unprofessional
