Liked: The view. But then again, I can get that from any number of hotels in the area. I found little else about your hotel to warrant recommending it.
Disliked: Charging my debit card for $100.00 per night at check in. I have travelled world-wide extensively for the past 30 years. This type of charge is unheard of in the really good hotels. It is a blemish on yours that you chose such a policy. Additionally, your front desk staff is rude. They seem well-versed in hotel policy and care little for your guest's side of a discussion. Lastly, trying to get your concierge to get a taxi for my wife and I to the Lyric Theater seemed too much of a trouble for him. Even after one hour - I had to find one myself.

Liked: Friendly staff / Brittany / Tanya were amazing. Good location.
Disliked: They didn’t return the deposit in the time as promised . Received payment and slow to return the deposit and shifts blame to the customers financial institution Because of this I would NEVER Stay at this location again and will not recommend it to anyone. In fact no Royal Sonesta
