This was my first time at your hotel. It will most likely be the last. Lanny R. Cawthon Lieutenant Colonel, USAF (Retired).
Liked: The view. But then again, I can get that from any number of hotels in the area. I found little else about your hotel to warrant recommending it.
Disliked: Charging my debit card for $100.00 per night at check in. I have travelled world-wide extensively for the past 30 years. This type of charge is unheard of in the really good hotels. It is a blemish on yours that you chose such a policy. Additionally, your front desk staff is rude. They seem well-versed in hotel policy and care little for your guest's side of a discussion. Lastly, trying to get your concierge to get a taxi for my wife and I to the Lyric Theater seemed too much of a trouble for him. Even after one hour - I had to find one myself.

Okay, but not great... I...
Liked: View, size of room good, plenty of towels
Disliked: The entrance was not very welcoming, neither was the front desk guy...Cold water on the last day no offer of compensation was made,had a cold shower! parking was unclear, nothing in the fridge, the room was dark / not enough lighting in key areas such as the entrance. Left clothes hanging in the wardrobe and staff denied them being there when I asked a few days later (100% left there as both my partner and I remember leaving things hanging not just one of us)

Location has the WOW factor.
Liked: Welcoming attentive staff. Hotel is in ideal location near the Harbour. Short distance by taxi to Train Station. Guest parking.Staff are friendly and efficient. Especially Jocelyn on Front Desk and Kevin in the Restraunt.Comfortable beds in luxury spacious rooms, the Pillows are excellent. So so comfy. Dissapointed there was no hot water on the morning of checkout. Gentleman at front desk explained the hot water boiler was down, would have been more acceptable if we were notified early in the morning while we were still in room. Looking forward to returning on our next business trip to Baltimore if they guarantee hot water in bathroom.
Disliked: No notified of hot water boiler out of order on our checkout morning.

Liked: The gentleman who worked outside is very polite and nice he open the doors it was the Night Shift so I didn?t get his name
Disliked: how moldy and old everything was vents was moldy in the pool paint was peeling away the place where you serve food was weirdly set up the staff looked like they were customers. The toilet didn?t flush correctly it was overflowing
