Will definitely stay here again...

Liked: This property is beautiful. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The options for dining and beverages fantastic. The food, drinks and atmosphere are top notch. The theater in the hotel is such a pleasant surprise. You don’t even have to leave the hotel to really enjoy your stay in STL.
Disliked: The waiter at breakfast (an older gentleman) was extremely inattentive and hard to understand because of his accent and the fact that he spoke very quietly. The waiter we had for dinner the night before was sweating profusely which was unappetizing especially in a fine dining environment. The vanity in the bathroom was inadequately sized. There was an empty cubby right across from it behind the bathroom door that would be the perfect place for a table or counter of some kind for more counter space. Lastly, the bed was hard as a rock with a dip in the middle. Might be time to invest in a new mattress in room 838

Good facilities, great location ....

Liked: The location was great, we found some lovely restaurants close by. The service was brilliant. The staff around the pool were so nice, on a very very hot day.
Disliked: The parking was expensive $40 overnight a surprise to have to pay for this.

A great place to stay...

Liked: Best location you can ask, great friendly staff members, in hotel high end restaurants. A nice little cinema with most recent blockbusters.
Disliked: One of the days the water supply got shut down till 5PM. Room key cards did not work on parking garage gate and was told that I need to inform the front desk that I need parking access to add extra authoritization to my room card...why not being accessible just by default? The bedside power supplies were tricky to use to say the least...
