Liked: The view. The location. The Cambridgeside Mall. The front desk staff. The room, the toiletries, accessories, and especially the view were nice, but the bed and pillows were surprisingly uncomfortable and some areas of the property appeared aged and in need of updates.
Disliked: The room air circulation and the bed and pillows as mentioned above.

This hotel was really bad,...

Liked: This hotel was really bad, we had a lot of miscommunications and they aren’t clear on they’re terms of breakfast while checking in the guy said we had access to free breakfast based on our booking, next thing we know we got charged 180$ and a 20$ “automatic” tip I find that really funny how there even is something called an automatic tip so I do not recommend at all this hotel.
