Liked: View to the riverside and cleanliness were spectacular.
Disliked: Behaviour of staffs were awesome! They made me feel like staying in my home!

Comfortable, accessible to all parts...

Liked: The restaurants and the coffee shop were excellent. Hotel was very appropriate for our stay to celebrate our son’s commencement from Harvard University.
Disliked: Confusion about billing issues which were rectified once we had checked out.

Liked: Clean and all the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. From front desk, to the bar staff, and housekeeping.
Disliked: No hot tub

Double charged

Liked: It’s perfectly located without being right downtown Boston. Walking distance to most main attractions.
Disliked: I made my reservation through booking for 2 nights. After the first night I was charged for one stay when I had already paid for it, plus the $150 accidental fee they take out for precaution. After the second night, I was charged $60 on top of this. When questioning why, they said it was for taxes and resort fees, which again, was paid for prior to my stay through booking. I was left in Boston with $100 because of all of these charges. They could/would not put the money back into my account and I had to message them for a week everyday to get it straightened out. I’m super disappointed because I really loved this hotel, but I will never ever again stay here.

Liked: Definitely, love the staff and the locations
Disliked: That some rooms are very close to each other. In fact, we have those doors which you could have access to the next room if you want. Also, you hear what people is even talking in the the next room. It would be nice if you either change this or remove that door
