had a good time room...

Liked: the bar the lift the location of my room no one bothered you and left you alone the shower the staff bar staff where very easy to approach and reception
Disliked: the tv was hard to turn on and off not given info of when stuff opens or closes the bar etc

July 2025 trip to Blackpool

Liked: Fabulous staff and the entertainment was first class. Nothing was any trouble. Perfect location. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely return.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Very friendly.

Liked: I liked the location of the property and the facilities and entertainment.
Disliked: The rooms need a very good clean and hoover. Cleaners are lazy they need better hoovers and cleaning tools if the hotel was cleaner the stay would have been a million times better.

Disliked: The rooms are not as advertised it’s dirty and the staff are rude. The lifts are tiny
