Overall the hotel was really...

Liked: Entertainment food ..staff.
Disliked: Room walls dirty .a lick of paint would have done it.the lift is terrible .was terrified in it only went in it once.walked 4th floor up and down the whole holiday and got C.O.P.D

A pleasant overnight stay..thankyou..

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom shower had black mold on the grouting…the washbasin was very small…couldn’t shut the bathroom door and bend over the washbasin…lol…breakfast was very good and in a lovely light dining room..pleasant friendly waiting on staff…
Disliked: Too many stairs up down up again…husband disabled but now know which rooms to ask for next time…not enough sockets in the bedroom and no hairdryer…

Liked: Everything but the lifts.food was brilliant hot and tasty. Entertainment was fantastic and location was great
Disliked: .lift terrible. I was on 4th floor and walked up and down stairs always even with C.o.p.d. it was full so couldn't change.

Liked: The property was located good with everything on your doorstep and it was clean and well presented the room was small for a couple but was ok for a night stay entertainment was alright
Disliked: Food was not good didn’t have any taste to it and timing was to early at 5pm it was restaurant but only served water with meal pudding was not good and staff in restaurant didn’t speak much

Not worth what they charge...

Liked: The entertainment, is good, have previously stayed there in a better room Staff are also okNot their fault rooms are pretty awfulI do believe they have made an effort with some rooms
Disliked: The room we got was disgusting, worn out, holes in carpet marks on walls that look like they need plastering, smell in bedroom and bathroomA wash basin you could hardly wash your teeth in or hands , , can't hardley get in shower so small, not a bathroom, a cupboard just made your skin crawlShabby furniture, on the whole a room that makes your skin crawl, did ask to change but nothing available
