Served a purpose but would...

Liked: Great location in central Ripon, staff were really friendly
Disliked: Seemed over priced for the quality- no sound proofing so could hear people coming up to the other rooms through the night. Breakfast served a purpose but could have been better.

Disliked: We could hear some noise from the bar round the corner until late into the night but it wasn't too disturbing

Disappointed

Liked: The location was good. Unfortunately we were in room 3 and had 41steps up to this room. It was not indicated when we booked. Also there was no mention that there was no adjoining car park facilities.
Disliked: The mattress was hard and the bed was difficult to get out of. Also the bed frame was very squeaky. I did say I had bad knees. No indication on booking that the pub was not good for those with infirmatives.
