Exceeded all expectations, we will...

Liked: Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We had booked a table for dinner and the food and service were wonderful. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were extremely comfortable and had lots of little lovely touches, such as the lamps and radio turned on when we arrived made it really cosy, and there was a little welcome note from housekeeping wishing us a pleasant stay. The toiletries in the bathroom were nice and the bathroom was lovely and spacious. I really appreciated having a bath and not just a shower. We really liked that there was a little collection of books in each room.
Disliked: We liked everything, and will definitely be returning again! The layout of the rooms was a little confusing, but that’s just part of the charm of an old building.

Liked: Coaching inn right in the middle of Welshpool. Own car parking. Really helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. Delicious breakfast & evening meal.
Disliked: It was VERY hot on the day we arrived and unfortunately our second floor room stayed hot throughout our stay. With the windows open it was quite noisy
