Great location, sub-standard property, absent...

Liked: The location offers a premium location for the Kelowna - Lake Okanagan waterfront and the surrounding amenities.
Disliked: For the price charged, it was disappointing that the property's front entrance was locked due to the excessively high crime rate in Kelowna and that we had to wait for someone to show up at the front reception desk to let us in. The hotel does not offer any further assistance for check-in. The hotel does not offer any restaurants, lounges within the property thereby requiring guests to leave the property to source food / refreshments. The room, while very large and accommodating for our family, was filthy with food remnants discarded throughout the kitchen, living room and bedrooms by previous guests with obvious questionable hygiene standards. The room offered a full kitchenette, which given the fact that there is no restaurant or room service, did prove beneficial. However, the plates, cups, glasses and knives / forks, etc. had been placed back into cabinets without being cleaned. It was obviously disgusting to find food stuck to plates, dried coffee in the bottom of mugs, finger prints all over glasses. The property is clearly understaffed and while trying there very best to meet basis levels of service, they fall well short of achieving the standards of professionalism one would expect at a property with this price point - ownership and executive management need a clearly long overdue wake-up call...

Disliked: It’s not clean.. the housekeeping is a sham. All they do is restock and tuck the sheets.Paid parking at $24 a day is a rip off. It’s should be included as the price of room is considered luxury.

Great place and would recommend

Liked: Great size of suite we stayed in a 3 bed in a great location and the poolis excellent
Disliked: It has cleaning but on strict rota so they will not come back if when they tried to clean the DD sign is on the door. Also not really serviced as a hotel more an apart hotel but it is beautiful and central

Liked: Wonderful reception staff, extremely helpful and professional. Great rooms with a big kitchen and balcony. Pool area is stunning and lots of BBQ space. Highly recommend for groups/families!
Disliked: Need more washrooms in the pool area. No restaurant, bar or coffee shop on site but lots nearby. The housekeeping team do very basic cleaning daily, they did not remove trash in my room or clean the kitchen, just made the bed and added towels. Was a little surprised by this.
