Such an extremely depressing experience....

Liked: Only the facilities.
Disliked: The staff was horrible. Not accomodating at all and extremely rude. Did not want to help in any capacity, very lousy.

Good

Liked: Great location, close to the waterfront, restaurants, bars, everything you need within walkable distance.
Disliked: Staff are nearly non-existent, despite doing the online checkin and payment in advance, but it still wasn't a smooth process.No milk in the fridge to complement the tea and coffee offered.Unable to adjust the sound on the TV at all.

Luxury comfort on the waterfront

Liked: Location, architecture, amenities, room appointments, comfortable beds, jet tub.
Disliked: Later afternoon check-in time.Pricing lends one to favour out-of-country resort options. Extra parking fees.

Comfort of your home in...

Liked: Perfect location, suits are perfect to accommodate friend groups with their 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a quite large open kitchen/living room area. The view, the location, the personnel, the roof top pool, everything was perfect. So perfect that we extended our stay 1 more day.
Disliked: The two bedrooms at the back don’t have windows.

Excellent facilities and room.

Liked: Excellent room, spacious and had everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. Views over the lake were superb.

Don’t stay in room 250

Liked: Location was very good, size of room was amazing size.
Disliked: The room location was absolutely awful as we had no view and it was above the restriction next door hotel. They played music very loud throughout the day until 10.00 pm and we cud not sleep, we cud not sit on our balcony due to the noises. Then the electric drilling started before 07.00. Worst room in hotel, room 250. They could not change our room and the only compensation we received was free parking so disappointing as a hotel itself and the other rooms looked amazing.

Highly recommended, waterfront property walk...

Liked: Waterfront property, walk to activities and restaurants. Extremely comfortable and clean

It was fantastic!

Liked: Loved everything ! The location, the space (thought we were getting a 2 bedroom & pull out couch , but got 3 bedrooms !) the view, the staff.
Disliked: 2 of the bedrooms didn’t have windows, just glass blocks, therefore the rooms were warm & stuffy. The staff brought us 2 fans .. problem solvedWe were on the ground floor, not sure if the higher rooms have opening windows.
