Great stay but let down...
Liked: This was my second stay and this time was for four nights so gained good insight. I was initially disappointed not to get the same room as last time (superior as unavailable) but my double room (room 6) was very comfortable had an obscured sea view and was comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
Disliked: The food is something of a lottery depending on the chef - breakfast bacon was a disappoint but put right by day 3. It may have been because I was a solo traveller and the fact the pub was super-busy but my food arrived after ordering with almost indecent haste. The food lets down the quality of the rooms, location and interior. I suspect they cannot cope with the high volume at busy times as quality of all meals was decidedly average - chicken tough, steak overcooked and fatty etc
