Great location and family suite...

Liked: Close to walk to town. Breakfast included
Disliked: No fan in room. Limited in opening windows due to midges.

Overrated.

Liked: The location was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: No one was at the reception to welcome us, and this happened several times throughout the day. One of the wall-mounted bedside lamps wasn’t working, and the toilet seat lid was loose — all of this is unworthy of the standard the establishment claims to uphold. Very disappointed.

Convenient for the ferry terminal

Liked: Good location - perfectly convenient for arriving from the Ullapool ferry terminal. Breakfast was lovely. And great to have options for a warm breakfast. Friendly staff - particularly at breakfast. A good basic, convenient stay.“Does the job”.
Disliked: Quite out dated in decor and amenities. Rooms quite dark. Sound proofing not great.

Disliked: Check out at 10am, when you’ve paid £275 for a night…or pay £25 to keep it till 11 is my only complaint!
