Disliked: Property quite run down, bathroom dirty in places, hotel needs some extreme tlc to bring up to standard, evening meal not edible

Liked: Not too far from the centre of Skegness
Disliked: It was unclean. The bedside light had a dodgy connection. Hand towel were draped over the sink and tap was dripping due to that towel wringing wet. Carpets threadbare. Phone to reception didn't work. Wednesday night a band started below at 8.30 until 10.30 we may as well have been in the room with them it was so thumping loud. 11.30 p.m. someone was trying to get into our room. We had to yell to go away. Breakfast was poor quality, all the bacon was burnt, some black, several people complained, not replaced. Hubby left his food, highly unusual. Two days later we stayed in a different hotel on the way home, light years apart quality wise for the same price.

Liked: Parking was great, as was breakfast. Very comfortable beds
Disliked: The view. Lower ground wall, view of a wall. 10:30 checkout

It was very pleasant.

Liked: It was nice and clean.a very good breakfast and they were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The bath room could do with up dating.walk in shower rather than a bath.

Exceptional

Liked: Food at breakfast was really good, night porter was very helpful, bar staff lovely, defo come back, the singer from Thursday 24th April was really good, defo come back,
Disliked: Customer service at reception is poor, because because they were reluctant to serve at the bar & were not wanting to give change £20 notes
