Lovely weekend with friends

Liked: Lovely friendly hotel in a quiet location but only 5 minutes steady walk from clock.Buffet breakfast was lovelyEverywhere very clean
Disliked: Rooms a little dated. Needs a bit of a revamp but didn't spoil our stay at all

Disliked: That threw booking .com you don't know about there entertainment packages (but my fault to as I should if gone to there website and looked at what was on offer)The hotel entertainment packages looked great value for money so will definitely go to one in the future

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfortable room.Large gardens at rear, with outdoor seating, backing onto dunes & beach. Very good breakfast, with options for vegetarians.Lots of parking spaces, to front & rear of building.

Liked: Beautiful building and grounds but in desperate need of updating and cleaning. Food was good.
Disliked: No ashtrays outside, cigarette butt's everywhere. Gutters blocked, bits of old Christmas decorations still visable. Staff looked very unhappy, not many smiled. Room was very small, no room for anything. Had to store my husbands walker in the bath. Drains smelled bad in the bathroom. Mattress very lumpy. No flannel or toiletries other than a tiny soap.
