Disliked: Room above bar, very noisy at night till 1130 for 1 night and 1030 2nd night.

Sure, wash your hands, but...

Liked: The staff were pleasant and helpful.The location was right on the harbour so there wasn't any convenient parking nearby, be prepared to carry your cases some distance.
Disliked: Yes, the rooms were right above a pub with the pub toilets at the bottom of the narrow stairs to our room. The room itself was hardly big enough to swing a suitcase round in.I stayed in five hotels on the NC500 and this was by far the most expensive and the smallest.

Not recommended unless you do...

Liked: The hotel is perfectly located for the ferry to the mainland. The room was spacious and very nice. The pub in the hotel is also nice; we were allowed to eat our take-aways and were provided with plates and cutlery. Staff is very friendly. But ... (see below).
Disliked: A pub in a hotel simply doesn't work. The noise of loud music and the yelling of customers on their way out at 1:30 am did prevent us from having a good night sleep. This was especially annoying as the ferry for the main land leaves at 6:30 in the morning.
