Disappointing and expensive!

Liked: Location & view. Man who served us on final morning was lovely and looked the part unlike the rest!
Disliked: Rooms tired, bed uncomfortable, ensuite very small. Staff on arrival not welcoming. Very expensive for what we got here!!

Disliked: Disinterested, unmotivated and lazy staff. Curtains falling off and bathroom extractor fan which made a noise but did nothing

Disliked: Over priced for what it was. It’s in need of modernisation, then £195 per room could be justified. It’s exceptionally expensive for the standard you get. If we were rating by stars, I would give it a 2 star rating.

Liked: Needing a good bit of TLC unfortunately. Staff excellent. Breakfast excellent.
Disliked: Old shortbread wrapper between bed and bedside drawer, wallpaper peeling from damp wall.
