We were a bit dubious when we arrived as there was scaffolding up which we weren’t informed about; however, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

Liked: Friendly service; comfortable bed and room was very clean.
Disliked: A lot of stairs.

We spent as much time...

Liked: I would like to seek a refund for this stay. It was a building site and not fit to welcome guests. It was not just a refurbishment but a building site. The hotel could not be found by our taxi driver. Please call me on 07976935068 to discuss
Disliked: The condition of the property. Not fit to invite guests

Liked: The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly.

Good value for money. Freezing...

Liked: The breakfast was very good for the price.Parking was good right outside the hotel and didn't need paid for.
Disliked: The room was freezing cold, luckily a small space heater was provided. The bathroom was small and even colder than the bedroom.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast really good.Comfy bed, loads of hot water.
Disliked: Lots of stairs. No lift. Anyone who struggles should ask for room on first floor

Nice budget hotel by the...

Liked: The only thing I didn’t like was the poor WiFi connection in my room. The receptionist tried to fix it, but I still couldn’t connect for more than a minute. Everything else was great - friendly staff, convenient location & nice breakfast.
