The Royal Hotel

Really enjoyed our 4 days.

Liked: Food was amazingly good. Service exemplary.
Disliked: Old building with some limited facilities. No lft access to some upstairs rooms.

Excellent service, friendly staff and...

Liked: We were upgraded to a spacious room with not much of a view but we didn't mind that. Both breakfast and dinner had excellent choices which was good as we were there for 4 nights.
Disliked: We commented that one of the radiators and the towel rail were on 24 hours a day. The weather wasn't too hot so it didn't affect us too much. The person we told contacted maintenance and we presume it was sorted when we left.

Liked: Perfect in every way. Felt special and looked after by amazing staff. Breakfast was out of this world. I absolutely loved it.
