Liked: A beautiful King suite room.
Disliked: It was a very odd check in and out. We had to dial from a desk and wait for someone which took a while. We weren’t sure if we should go to the bar. The person who came was lovely though. When we left we had to leave the key in a basket. It just felt a little flat not dealing with anyone.

Beautiful character hotel

Liked: It’s a beautiful building, love the way it’s been refurbished, with great character and interest. Lovely, genuine welcome, and nice friendly service at dinner. Restaurant was great. Comfortable room, felt nice and private.
Disliked: Could hear a few trucks going by in the morning (we were in a front room). Also, minor thing, but the room was quite dark at night even with lights on, making it difficult to read.
