Fab hotel

Liked: Exceptional location, comfortable. Lucky to have a free upgrade and complimentary wine. Will very much recommend.
Disliked: Nothing. Great staff, great location, great hotel.

Great Hotel

Liked: Clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. In an ideal location in the city center, close enough to virtually everything.
Disliked: Nothing, we enjoyed our stay.

The charm of old Cardiff...

Liked: A lot of charm of the past. Complimentary bottle of wine. Excellent English Breakfast
Disliked: No gym. The elevator system is weird but workable. You have to basically take 2 elevators to get from ground floor to your room.

Great location for Cardiff

Liked: Great location right near the train station. Luggage storage before check-in was helpful. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Cups in the bathroom had clearly been used before - one was yellow (and should have been clear). Not a fan when showers don’t have a shelf to put your own toiletries on.

Quality hotel in a perfect...

Liked: What a beautiful hotel room. I was very impressed with the size, cleanliness, and comfort. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast had a great choice of different foods to cater for all tastes. Central location was the icing on the cake.
Disliked: Nothing.. I was impressed with everything.

Superb

Liked: Being in the centre you think it would be loud but it was lovely and quiet when in bed and also when chilling throughout the night. Lovely comfortable bed. Lots of different teas available and hot chocolate for a change.
Disliked: Nothing

Very good

Liked: Easy access from train station bus station 250yrd from the stadium and 250yrd from Cardiff castle and right for all the shopping in Cardiff
Disliked: The room hadn't been checked after it was clean as rubbish underneath the furnishings did report to reception the house keeping staff came and cleaned. The plastic cups in bathroom should be glass as they were discoloured didn't use.after from that all good.
