Very good

Liked: I loved the location, in the room the shower and bath were excellent, and it was a nice touch to have hot chocolate rather than the usual boring tea and coffee!
Disliked: The television reception needs sorting. Also it would be nicer if the room was carpeted.

Cosy, cute, and central!

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome during both of our stays (we visited the hotel on 2 separate occasions across 1 week).
Disliked: The room we were given for our second stay was significantly noisier than the first, with the floorboards being particularly noisy and every door opening/closing around us also being very noisy. But these are minor complaints, and are not a make or break for me, nor should they be for others.
