Liked: A comfortable hotel with excellent staff.
Disliked: We were originally offered a room with a window opening onto a ventilation shaft.Thankfully, after some persuasion,we were moved to an excellent room with a view of the South Bank.

Liked: Large rooms. Location is great. Staff was amazing.
Disliked: The bathroom light was flickering. The shower didn’t drain. Elevator needs to be cleaned.

Better options

Liked: Location was terrific. Close to tube stops.
Disliked: Room was very noisy. Heating/cooling didn't work properly. Room was not clean. Spotty housekeeping.

Liked: The location, the classic beauty of the building, the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, the quality of the in room dining, the breakfast. I would like to express my thanks for upgrading our room at no extra charge when some problems occurred in the first room we got in.
