Liked: Beautiful historic hotel located in the heart of Waikiki Beach set in peaceful gardens. For our 11 night stay we were fortunate to be allocated a dual aspect garden king room with a glimpse of the ocean and Diamond Head.
Disliked: Welcome gift needs to better reflect the room rate and duration of guests stay.

Liked: The hotel had everything you need. We didn’t have to leave the resort because we were so comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing is the chairs at the beach were very expensive to have every day would be nice and the hotel had their own lounge chairs since you’re already paying so much for the room. But it’s a public beach where there is probably not much they can do about that.

Liked: It is still a beautiful old property.
Disliked: What was once a quaint and charming hotel has been converted into a den of mass market consumerism. The room we stayed in the "old" part of hotel smelled musty and the mattresses had no support. The bathroom was small and overall the price paid was extravagant beyond reason.
