Extraordinary. Will do it again.

Liked: Everything. Landscaping was amazing.
Disliked: Nothing

An Amazing Hotel, although pricey.

Liked: Location was amazing, view terrific and you felt the history of the hotel and we loved walking around the gardens.
Disliked: Spending a lot of money for sea view balcony but they weren’t very private, the corner balcony looked over into ours which made the balcony experience less pleasurable.

I would stay there again...

Liked: I loved everything, the view, the perfect jasmine smell, the beach and how historical is the palace. felt truly majestic.
Disliked: It’s disappointing to pay that much for an umbrella and chair on the beach, guests should get better prices and not getting exploited given the lack of options.

Liked: The property was beautiful and well maintained! Perfect location and great beach. Staff was so attentive, talking with CJ and getting our Royal Hawaiian Iced lattes every morning at the bakery was one of our favorite parts of the hotel!

Not impressed for the high...

Liked: Don't get me wrong, it's a very nice hotel and in a great location, but for the price I expected a LOT better.
Disliked: Most bigger hotels in this price range at least give you a breakfast buffet. I'd like to see that added, Also, a much better in house convenience store would be nice. The one they had had a very poor selection of drinks etc. And lastly, their pool is microscopic. I understand that it's a beach front hotel, but many people are uncomfortable in the Ocean.
