It’s ok.

Liked: The location is perfect for exploring the harbour area and local shops. The garden was very beautiful as is the decor throughout the ground floor.
Disliked: No toiletries in the bathroom. No drinking water. The room was small, very cramped for 2 people.

Old school English seaside hotel

Liked: Very clean tidy room, nice location for harbour, town, bars, restaurants and beach. Staff friendly, nice view of harbour and sea from room, whole building like a time warp, real old style decor, nice lounge and communal areas, again all very clean and tidy, didn't feel like a hotel, more like staying at granny's house, quaint English seaside hotel.
Disliked: Stayed on 3rd floor, lots of steep stairs, no free parking, can park outside hotel for about £3.50 but maximum of two hours,

Bad

Liked: Didn’t stay as the room we booked was on the top floor and my partner who has heart failure couldn’t climb the stairs!!

It was ok

Liked: Good location, clean room and a bed slightly bigger than a single.
Disliked: I could hear every movement the other guests made as the floors are so creaky. And the cistern every time someone flushed the toilet. The bathroom was tiny. The way the shelf is positioned above the sink meant I couldn't comfortably spit when brushing my teeth and I definitely couldn't bend to wash my face. Hardly any room to manoeuvre in the shower either.
