Set in peaceful gardens in London's Limehouse area The Royal Foundation of St Katharine is just a 2-minute walk from Limehouse DLR Station.The center offers free WiFi. On-site parking is available and mannaged by YourParkingSpace company. The bright and airy bedrooms each have a private modern bathroom and facilities for making tea coffee. All rooms feature a work desk and some overlook the leafy grounds. Traditional continental breakfasts are served daily in the spacious dining room. Breakfast includes fresh fruit salad croissants and a selection of European meats and cheeses. There is a cafe that is open during the daytime. The Royal Foundation of St Katharine was set up by Queen Matilda in 1147 and is one of the oldest charitable foundations in Great Britain. For the area it was...

Liked: Compact hotel with a nice garden

Very good

Liked: Nice, very clean room. Great continental breakfast, which even had gluten free options. Nice Yurt cafe based on site.
Disliked: My husband found the room a little on the small side, but I thought it was fine, and I liked it.

Twixt Hell & Heaven...

Liked: Beautiful place, beautiful people but .....
Disliked: The BOOM and five minutes later THE BOOM .... all night from the railway waggons going past ... hell on earth.. but this is only from certain exposed rooms. I have stayed before in "Garden Rooms" and they are absolutely wonderful
