Good location, basic but clean

Liked: Great location for access to transport. Gardens were nice. Friendly staff. Fine for 1 night & the money for fairly central London.
Disliked: Paid £40 to check in at 1pm as we needed to get ready & be on the 14:20 train. Arrived at 13:15, checked in but the cleaner was still in the apartment and asked us to come back in 20-25 minutes. Disappointing that the communication on priority of cleaning rooms wasn’t done when we’d paid extra.Also wasn’t clear that the onsite parking needed to be paid for, thought it was included. Not a big issue as still preferable to have parking right outside but should be more obvious on the booking site.

Great quiet accommodation with easy...

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean, the continental breakfast lovely and the location was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Tranquil and good value

Liked: I’m enormously fond of this place. Even amidst the hubbub surrounding it, it’s tranquil. I always sleep well here.
Disliked: Most of the team are lovely but one of them is a little grumpy.

Perfect!

Liked: Our stay was really comfortable; the garden was lovely and the staff very friendly. Also the breakfast was very good. I will recommend this place definitly to my friends :-)!
