Liked: The downstairs facilities were lovely including lounge, kitchen, courtyard and chapel. Staff were willing to help.Breakfast was good; lunch was really lovely.
Disliked: The en suite bedroom could do with a little love and attention. For example, there was some mould growing around the fan on the ceiling.The staff member who greeted us was welcoming but didn't offer much information, so we had to ask him loads of questions as we'd never been there before and were a bit lost! Eventually he gave us a leaflet with a map, which would have been good to do at the start. He was a nice guy but would benefit from some training.

Liked: The original place we booked cancelled on us at the last minute. We managed to book the last apartment at The Royal Foundation of St Katherine's, and it was such a pleasant stay! Clean, comfy, nice food and great staff. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

A great place to stay...

Liked: Stayed for the London Marathon and couldn't have picked a better place. Comfortable beds and clean rooms, fantastic location that was easy to get to on public transport. Staff were so friendly, and incredibly helpful. Great selection from a continental breakfast, catered very well for allergies too.
