Liked: Our room was amazing with a balcony, high ceilings amazing spacious bathroom
Disliked: The cost was a lot for a pub stay, but that’s due to ascot races. It was excessive.

Liked: Close to ascot racecourse
Disliked: We arrived after a very long journey just after 10 pm and were refused food despite all the kitchen staff being visible (it’s an open plan kitchen diner ) . We were offered crisps from the bar or to find a takeaway. The room smelt damp and was close to traffic exiting the car park. When we went for breakfast we were told we should have booked . Nothing had been said to us about booking when we checked in. It was just not what we expected . The breakfast was good and they did organise a taxi for us, but overall disappointing

Liked: Location and activity. Our room was not large but perfectly well appointed. They have air conditioning!!
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great. Our room over looked a quiet side street. So nice to have a bar and restaurant in the facility. Tracey, the accommodation manager, was excellent, satisfied our every whim, from start to finish.
