Liked: Right from the beginning you were going to have an attentive experience . From the pre visit email to arriving at the venue. Including pre arrival phone calls to check on your requirements
Disliked: Leaving such a nice bunch of people in particular Tracey the Manager , Izzie and the young guy who checked us all in

Liked: The atmosphere was very good and the location for Ascot race course was great. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was good on the first morning but service was a bit slow on the second morning. I asked for crispy bacon but did not get it.

Outstanding hotel.

Liked: Everything else was fantastic. The staff are a credit to the place. Every member of staff we dealt with could not do enough for us. The guy on reception in the evenings in particular needs a mention he was outstanding, going above and beyond. The food was awesome
Disliked: The only complaint and it isn't really a complaint because its personal taste was the bed. It was Very hard but I need a soft bed. That's all, for some people it would be perfect
