It was fine for purpose.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Single beds very small. Outside for breakfast tablecloth very dirty.

Had an enjoyable stay &...

Liked: Good pub & Restaurant. Crab pasta delicious and loved breakfast choice. All staff attentive & friendly. Ellie especially was a breath of fresh air at breakfast.Rooms good with comfy bed and great bathroom.
Disliked: First room very close to busy road. However wasn’t moved because of that it was due to door not locking.

Meal and overnight stay

Liked: Lovely bedroom and well appointed, although it could do with a mirror at the dressing table area. Comfortable bed and plenty of storage space.Nice pub/hotel which was thriving and good to see.
Disliked: We had dinner in the restaurant. The quality of the food is fair, not great. There was an issue with the extractor fans, so the whole of the dining area was filled with smoke, which was quite uncomfortable. The staff did their best by opening doors and windows.
