Liked: The best location in Bath !...it's pricey,but well worth staying in for those special occasions. Behind the impressive Georgian facade lies a most beautiful garden oasis, aswell as the restaurant, spa and accommodations in the converted stables .The entrance to our room was through a pillared "temple " like building. The food was the best we have ever experienced, and the staff are very smartly dressed,courteous and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Disliked: It was disappointing to find there was no fridge in our room,and no tea and coffee making facilities. You had to ring room service for unlimited complimentary teas and coffees. They arrived swiftly, on a lovely silver tray,and accompanied by delicious homemade oat biscuits.

Liked: The staff were very welcoming, and the young chap, who is very well-spoken, is a great face for the hotel. He ensured everything was clearly explained. Everyone I dealt with, including the concierge team, was brilliant and always happy to help. The room, cleanliness, and food were really great.

Disliked: I did not expect to pay £52 for 2 pre dinner drinks and have to remind waiter we had not been given nibblesI did not expect to go in from the garden to tell staff coffee had not comespa treatment was good but area so small there are no loungers to relax on & have a drinkI think this hotel is not value for money and staff need training
