Disliked: I did not expect to pay £52 for 2 pre dinner drinks and have to remind waiter we had not been given nibblesI did not expect to go in from the garden to tell staff coffee had not comespa treatment was good but area so small there are no loungers to relax on & have a drinkI think this hotel is not value for money and staff need training

Liked: The staff is excellent. I loved staying at the Royal Crescent. The staff was so welcoming, generous, and open. The grounds were excellent and the location is perfect. The Circus is just down the street. :)

Wonderful hotel!

Liked: This is a grand old hotel with wonderful service. The garden is delightful and the rooms classically furnished. the restaurant menu is limited but the food was delicious. The staff is always at your service.
Disliked: The suites on the top floor front have a limited view of the beautiful front lawn because they look out through the parapet. The channel choice on the TV was rather limited and the channel selection algorithm was not very intuitive.
