Very relaxing stay in superb...

Liked: The location and the grounds within the property were superb and the bedroom was super comfortable.
Disliked: The price reflects the standards of the property but tips the dial on whether it can be considered good value for money. The breakfast service was a little lacklustre although the food was excellent. We had to ask for a coffee to be changed which was done a little grudgingly… which is a shame because overall the attention and service at the hotel was exceedingly good.

Liked: The staff were very welcoming, there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The hotel itself was stunning and the spa was small but exactly what you need. The room was well equipped with all you would need for a short stay. The turn down service was great and they gave our room a lovely refresh. I think the welcoming and hospitable staff make this hotel that bit more special!
Disliked: Nothing.

Awesome hotel, highly recommend

Liked: Awesome room- we were upgraded and the room was gorgeous. Breakfast was very nice, the spa facilities were great. Very nice and helpful staff

Truly wonderful staff, well decorated,...

Liked: The staff here were true god sends. There was a family emergency when we were staying, everyone was so accommodating and helpful when the emergency services arrived. Even offering to close off one of the front rooms for privacy. Not only this, but the spa, the rooms and the beds were amazing. I cannot fault the staff here one bit, they all were so motivated to assist no matter what you needed. Please pass on our thanks to all staff who were working during our family emergency, we're eternally grateful and will definitely return in the future.
