Disliked: We must of had the warmest room in the hotel it was very uncomfortable to sleep in we had a small fan in our room didn't do anything though

Liked: Staff and location good.
Disliked: Room was very tired and rundown, cleanliness could be better, had to run the taps for at least 10 minutes to get hot water. Bed was very uncomfortable and small.

Liked: Liked the bar/ lounge area! In a good area for tram to get to the piers.
Disliked: Door didn’t feel safe when shut, room was not very tidy, bed was uncomfortable, needed curtains in room etc as blind didn’t fit the window properly.
