Good one

Liked: Room was clean, washroom was clean, location was very good, gym was well maintained, breakfast was good
Disliked: Parking was packed and limited

Liked: The location was wonderful and the room was beautiful! The staff were very friendly and all the historical photography in the building was lovely.
Disliked: Maybe the parking. But honestly it wasn’t that bad.

I would recommend this hotel.

Liked: We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It is an older hotel that has been carefully looked after. The breakfast had a wide variety of fruit. We really liked all of the pictures of historic Kelowna hung throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Finally, the location was excellent.

Good location and comfortable stay

Liked: The pillows and mattresses were very comfortable. The AC was quiet and the location was very central. There is free underground parking and breakfast provided.
Disliked: The check in was so slow. I had already provided all the information but they had to enter it again because they said booking through booking.com they don't get told any of the information?They also had the bookings for two rooms under the name that was not the person who booked which is weird.The air conditioning unit didn't seem to do a very good job. We had it set to 24c but the room would only go to 21c which was too cold.
