Basic but did the job...

Liked: Staff were lovely and the hotel was central.
Disliked: Rooms were dusty and outdated. Bathroom had strange brown stains all over the walls and the room door didn’t shut properly unless you slammed it really hard which made a very loud noise.

Liked: The only good thing i can say is the staff are all very nice.The girl on reception was lovely, and the maintenence man was also very nice,
Disliked: no proper bar,it says wonderful breakfast on b.com its far from that, no cooked breakfast, all areas from front door in needs a good clean, dirty chairs to sit on, lift filthy,room needed a good clean ,dirty shower and wc,corador up stairs needs good hover and carpet clean, also bags of rubbish left outside doors where quests have left,plenty of thick dust everywhere,this hotel reads the reviews so why not do something about the issues, would not stay here again if it was free of charge

Liked: 1st nite toilet flush not working ? Lift is disgusting ,no bar no entertainment Worst hotel I have been to !
Disliked: 4 nite just not happy at all ,would not recommend,lot of money for nothing Stairs not cleaned same paper on stairs for our stay ,would like a small refund as not what was expected ,

Disliked: It was nosy , none of the rooms had working tvs , some of the sockets didn’t work .

Clean, comfortable, good price

Liked: The staff were great rooms were clean enough compare to other places I’ve stayed in Blackpool. We were there for a dance competition so literally late night and early morning so all we needed was a clean bed & a working shower which is what we had
Disliked: The only thing was we had no TV as the floor we were staying on was experiencing problems
