Disliked: Room was cramped. Shower was freezing. (Complained several times to no avail). Receptionist stunk of b o. No bar (was promised last year it would be open as last year it was closed for refurbishment), 5 years on the trot 12 of us have been using this hotel and it has rapidly went downhill over the last two years. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. Its a shame nothing else was.
Disliked: Where do I start , we have been coming here for years and this place isnt a patch on how it used to be. Never returning

Ok for 1 night

Liked: Within walking distance to everything
Disliked: Bathroom and floors were dirty throughout room. Bar and restaurant not open

Good value for money I would stay again

Liked: How close it was to tower, an value for money
Disliked: A few hairs in the bathroom, looking out ov the window smelt ov pigeon poo so kept the window shut
