Lovely hotel, fantastic location, friendly...

Liked: Fantastic location and friendly staff, would recommend but a bit pricey during the summer period
Disliked: There was noise early in the morning which disturbed sleep but assume this was unavoidable (outside of the hotel).

Disappointing

Disliked: The room was full of large green flies, which was really unpleasant. I understand it’s a seaside location, but basic pest control should still be in place. It seriously affected our mood and comfort during the stay. This needs to be addressed.

Amazing views

Liked: The location was exceptional, we had a sea view and it was wonderful. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was really good quality. They added a special happy birthday banner to the bed for my partners birthday
Disliked: The building is a little tired and could do with some refurbishment.

Over priced at £235 per...

Disliked: Bedroom on the third floor, no lift. Bed was rock hard. Despite third floor bedroom, window overlooked beer garden, noisy until 1.am . Too many dogs around the restaurant area. On arrival greeted by staff mopping up dog urine.
