Nice location, good breakfast -...

Liked: The view and the balcony, the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The bathroom was very dated, old and in disrepair. The restaurant was extremely over priced for the quality and standard of the food -The drinks were more expensive than London!

Liked: The breakfasts were excellent, freshly cooked. The staff who served us at breakfast were very good, friendly, had a chat with you, they were really good.The room was nice, especially the bathroom. We were in a quiet part of the hotel which was good.
Disliked: Not much atmosphere in the hotel in an evening. Location not ideal for us, it was a 10 minute walk from the Centre. very quiet street to walk back to at night time, maybe not ideal if you’re travelling alone. Car parking at the hotel was too expensive. This should not be an additional charge on top of what you have already paid for the break.

Disliked: The room was dark and bathroom was small and very tired looking..

Comfy, stylish and incredible breakfast.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. It was the best I had on my entire trip. The lovely hostess was so welcoming and I really felt at home. There were plenty of options and I would book this hotel again just for the breakfast!

Liked: Staff were very good, but especially the lady waiting on breakfast on Sunday morning and the gentleman whose name I have forgotten on breakfast on Monday who were both excellent and couldn't do enoufh for us.
Disliked: The wi-fi was disappointing in our room (33).Very intermittent and we kept having to log-in all the time.

Liked: Great staff, really trying hard to provide good customer service. Excellent full English.
Disliked: We were in the annexe which has the feeling of being the overflow rooms, unpleasant entry via the car park. Slightly smelly, small areas of cleaning missed, mould in bathroom not dealt with. Glad it wasn’t raining as you have to walk from the main building.
