Great staff , great location...

Liked: The hotel is lovely, the staff were all fantastic from stepping into the reception being greeted by Ishmael , a great young man , remembered hubby's birthday next day wished him a happy birthday , all the staff were lovely , nothing to much trouble ,also our dog Stanley loved his stay, definitely be back great location to for the long walk , windsor town and the Castle, food at hotel was yummy , i had the ceasar salad was so tasty, breakfast was tasty to

Liked: Bedroom and bathroom good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Easily walk into the centre. Parking available.

A home from home while...

Liked: Excellent location, comfortable bedroom with very good bathroom facilities. Liked the availability of toiletries and hot drinks in the room too. Extra care taken to muffle the airplane noise (direct line to Heathrow) by adding additional glazing. Quiet at night times.

Windsor Delight

Liked: The location was perfect to visit Windsor Castle. Right across from the Long Walk. Also this was last stop on our holiday so was also convenient to Heathrow. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Convenient to shopping and eating.
