Welcome to The Royal Adelaide an independent family owned boutique hotel in Windsor. This elegant and historic property dates back to the 1800s and is located in a coveted location opposite the famous Long Walk and a short stroll from Windsor Castle Windsor and Ascot racecourses local shops & restaurants. The stylish bedrooms are all air-conditioned and equipped with the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay; including extra comfy Hypnos beds free wifi plus tea and coffee making facilities so you can truly make yourself at home. Start your stay off right with a complimentary welcome drink in our cozy bar then enjoy a meal in the Heritage restaurant. With delicious food and inviting atmosphere the bar and restaurant provide the perfect space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Guests traveling with furry companions can pre-book designated dog-friendly rooms for a small extra charge. Parking is available on site for a daily charge BUT must be booked in advance of your stay as space is limited and cannot be guaranteed unless prebooked. You can charge your electric car free of charge if you pre-book and pay for a car park space. There is fast free WiFi throughout the property so you can stay connected and share your adventures with friends and family.

Superb

Liked: The staff make this a great hotel our bar lady was fantastic and very nice to talk to knowledge of Windsor a very good great location for town walking in about Mins.
Disliked: Would like draft beer rather than bottles

A comfortable and convenient place...

Liked: Good, quiet location, 10 mins walk from the centre of Windsor. Comfortable room. Good breakfast and evening meal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking available.
Disliked: The door to our ensuite bathroom had warped and did not close properly. We mentioned this to the reception staff who took note for the maintenance team to address later.

Old - unfriendly and expensive...Yet...

Disliked: Staff : as for me - some staff members are just there because they need a job..Others are friendly and caring - but the ones above ruin the reputation of this place that i would not recommend.

Ladies trip

Liked: The staff are just wonderful, nothing is too much trouble we were so well looked after by everyone.Lovely big room with everything you need,it is an older hotel so has character.The welcome drink is so lovely and rare these days so well done Royal Adelaide.Lovely breakfast too. Location is perfect to walk into Windsor we have already booked for next year. Loved it.
