Rowan Tree

Liked: Pleasant staff.Disliked the trains starting at 10 past 6 am. Literaly shook the bed they ran so close. Kettle cable didn't reach the plug. At 6ft 4 I did find the low sloping ceilings in my room a challenge (no standing up to pee for me and I did think that £20 for burger and chips is a bit steep and I did have to ask for toast at breakfast then one slice only!

Liked: A very good location for nearby attractions such as the Cairngorm Reindeer herd and funicular railway and the Highland Wildlife Park. We booked for an evening meal in, but could have easily accessed the range of restaurants in Aviemore nearby.
